Equipment:
The system includes hardness separator, detection coil, mechanical transmission and automatic sorting, the instrument adopts inter-vehicle line, imported components installation, with stable and reliable performance, high sensitivity characteristics, instrument panel setting excitation power adjustment, sensitivity adjustment, phase adjustment, impedance balance adjustment, qualified products and unqualified counting functions. The display was carried out by civilian-military fluorescent oscilloscope tube. The test coil is composed of two, a standard coil for placing qualified products, and a measurement coil for testing the hardness of the workpiece. The mechanical transmission part is composed of non-permeable magnetic materials to avoid the influence of other magnetic materials on the detection coil. The automatic sorting part adopts the pneumatic mode to push the baffle action.
